‘Lotus’ is a relief print carved from linoleum and handprinted on lightweight Reeves BFK paper. The image size is an intimate 2.5x3.5” printed on 8x10” off-white paper. Each print has the edition number, title and my signature written beneath the artwork.

Thoughts on Lotus Flowers: These flowers can symbolize rebirth, strength, purity and calmness. Blooming in murky waters, the Lotus flower can bring, beauty, a sense of calm and peace.

As these prints are handmade and handprinted, each print will vary. Handprinted work can never be as consistent as a digital printer, but these ‘inconsistencies’ reveal the charm and beauty of handmade artwork.
